There are lots of choices on market for solid axle conversion. So what makes our kits stand out? We feature the highest quality parts, the most complete kit at the best price anywhere.
Our SAS kits include a front diff armor plate, upper axle gusset wheel bearing and knuckle service kits. Items most others charge extra for. To install your solid axle kit your going to need a rear matching lift kit, solid front axle from a 79-85 Pickup or 4Runner, and a long spline drive shaft.
We offer our kits in three different heights. The hangers and shackles included with each kit add one inch of lift. Thus our 3" spring kit has 4" lift and our 4" kit would be 5" of lift.
For pickup or first generation 4Runners with the top remove we recommend selecting a rear kit with the same lift. If you plan to carry a spare tire, basic tools and camping equipment we recommend our 5" kit front and rear.
If you have a first generation 4Runner (66-88) with the factory shell in place or a second generation 4Runner (90-95) we recommend using a front 4" kit in combination with a rear 5" kit. 4Runners with tops are heavier in the rear and the 1" taller spring levels out the lift.
Our 3" kit should only be used with 4cyl 22RE applications. V6 applications need additional lift to clear the oil pan. On Trucks and 4Runners with V6/v8 motors and or heavy winch bumpers we recommend using our 5"HD front SAS kits. If the truck sits too high initially with the 5" HD springs you can remove bottom leaf of spring pack and re-install when the spring settles.
